About our practice

San GP Centre, formerly the Fox Valley Medical & Dental Centre, is an AGPAL accredited family-friendly practice with both male and female general practitioners offering an extensive range of services. Other health and specialist services are also available. We are open 6 days and are here for all members of your family, young and old. Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations are available by standard appointment.

If you have any respiratory symptoms, please wear a mask and do a COVID RAT test on the day of your appointment.

Monday – Thursday     8.00am – 5.00pm
Friday                             8.00am – 4.00pm
Sunday*                         8.30am – 12.30pm

We are closed on Saturdays, public holidays and public holiday long weekends. Please phone 13SICK for out-of-hours medical assistance.

*From February 2025 we will be open between 8.30am and 2.30pm on Sundays!

We are AGPAL accredited

Achievement of AGPAL accreditation reassures you that our doctors and practice team are committed to providing you with high quality health care in a safe environment. Our practice team is proud of this achievement and as part of this process we continuously strive to make quality improvements to better your patient experience.

General Information

Reminders – we are committed to providing our patients with preventative care, and we may issue you with a reminder from time to time offering you services appropriate to your care.

Privacy – we maintain the security of personal health information and ensure this information is only available to authorised personnel. A copy of the Practice Privacy Policy is available upon request.

Test Results & Referrals – an appointment is required to get any pathology and imaging results, re-prescribing medications and for referrals to see a specialist.

Children & Babies – we are family friendly, with electronic baby weighing scales, change tables, and other resources available for parents and children.

Feedback – we value your feedback, especially when regarding what you like about our service and what you feel needs improvement. Next time you visit please look for a feedback box at reception that allows you to provide your feedback about our practice. From time to time, we also send you an SMS with a short survey to understand your needs and your experiences.

Our manager is always available to discuss any urgent suggestions or complaints that you may have.
